Ms Bianca Déprés is a corporate lawyer who joined Resolute in 2022 and in 2023 was appointed as the Company’s Principal Legal Counsel. Prior to joining Resolute, Ms. Déprés practiced for years at leading international law firms in the general energy and natural resources space.
She has broad experience in a wide range of matters in the sector including M&A, projects, regulatory and corporate advisory.
